Assistant Principal

Captain Lisa Rudzinski 

I am honored to serve as the Assistant Principal for our beloved Eastside Technical Center.

My passion is the development of others--whether as McDonald's crew members, Waldenbooks booksellers, Kentucky State Troopers, Kentucky Park Rangers or Eastside Law Enforcement Pathway students and now Eastside students and staff. My undergraduate degree focused on leadership development and in this role I have found those skills to be very helpful.  

While I spent over six (6) years in the Law Enforcement classroom here at Eastside, I tried to learn as much as I could about all of our awesome pathways and now I have the opportunity to see students all over all our school grow and develop a wide variety of skills.  

I look forward to working with students, their families, our amazing staff, and invaluable community partners to continue to advance the mission of Eastside Technical Center.

Work History: 22 year veteran of Kentucky State Police (retired in 2014). Former Director of Kentucky State Park Rangers

Hometown: Bowling Green, Kentucky

Family: Large family extended over several states

Pets: Dogs: Duncan and Charlie

Hobbies: Running and spending time with friends

Fun Fact: Ran the New York City Marathon in 2014 and again in 2021.
